ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE CONSULTANTAs a Sage Software Certified Consultant, the successful candidate will become part of a team providing software installations (Sage Accpac, Simply Accounting), support and training to the firm's clients across the North. The incumbent will provide software sales, data conversions, patches, upgrades, problem-solving and trouble-shooting services to our clients, maintain customer relations, prepare proposals and train using a variety of methods (one-to-one, group, workshop or seminar, etc). The successful candidate will have an accounting background, strong computer skills, and a comfortable working knowledge of GoToAssist, Sage Accpac and Excel. They will be comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment and prepared to travel extensively throughout Canada's north. They work well in a stressful and deadline-sensitive environment, and are capable of training others using a variety of methods, and installing software on various operating systems and networks. They are multi-taskers, learn quickly and can achieve and maintain their status as a Sage Software Certified Consultant.
