| Gerry has lived in Yellowknife since he moved here with his parents in 1954.
He joined the firm in 1974 and became a partner in 1977. Gerry took on the
role of Managing Partner in 1990. He specializes in financial forecasting,
budgeting, comptroller functions, business valuations, personal and corporate
financial planning, feasibility studies, financing proposals and business plans.
In 1996, the National Board of the Certified General Accountants'
Association awarded Gerry with his F.C.G.A., an honour for which an
individual is nominated based on their dedication, commitment and support
of the accounting profession and the community in which they live.

| Brent has lived in Yellowknife since he moved here with his parents in the
early 1970s. He joined the firm in 1986 and became the firm's Tax Partner
in 1992. Brent specializes in personal and corporate tax planning and
reporting, personal financial planning, retirement and estate planning and the
review and evaluation of accounting and financial information systems for
private and public organizations.

| Kent joined the firm in 1985 and was founding manager of the Iqaluit office
in 1986. He joined the partnership in 1993. His specialities include
insolvencies and receiverships, audits, systems analysis, systems design and
implementation, forecasting and budgeting, business valuations and the
design and delivery of training workshops in accounting and bookkeeping
skills. As President of the C.G.A. Association in 1995, Kent was
instrumental in bringing the C.G.A. Association's Annual Conference to
Yellowknife for 1998. He received his Certified Fraud Examiner designation
in 1997 and, in 2001, the National Board of the Certified General Accountants'
Association awarded Kent with his F.C.G.A., an honour for which an
individual is nominated based on their dedication, commitment and support
of the accounting profession and the community in which they live.

| Cathy joined the firm as a staff accountant in 1992 and became a Manager
soon after attaining her CGA designation in 1996. In addition to her audit and supervisory
responsibilities, Cathy advises clients on a variety of general accounting, personal and
corporate tax and financial management issues. She has participated and/or managed a number
of financial consulting projects over the past few years including a variety of engagements to
perform financial research and analysis. Cathy became a partner of Avery, Cooper & Co. in February, 2004.

| Born and raised in the remote northern community of Churchill, Manitoba,
Theresa returned to the north in 1982 and joined the firm as a Consultant in
1988. Theresa specializes in analytical research and reporting, spreadsheet
design and analysis, review and documentation of administrative policies and
procedures, and providing our clients with wordsmith services including
financing proposals, business plans, proposal/bids/tenders for government or
private contracts, manuals and handbooks for reference, information or
educational purposes, company brochures, profiles and websites.

| Laurie began her accounting career in 1978 with Revenue Canada Taxation
in Windsor Ontario where she was responsible for desk audits, field audits
and appeals. Nine years later, she joined Price Waterhouse as Tax Manager
of the Windsor office. In addition to managing personal tax preparation,
Laurie prepared and reviewed financial statements and gained experience in
the area of receiverships. After four years with Price Waterhouse, Laurie
assumed similar responsibilities with Turner McDonald Rieger. One year
later, she joined their partnership as Tax Partner and Managing Partner of the
Tilbury office. She left that partnership in 1996 to pursue other opportunities.
Laurie has developed a number of client seminars and professional
development courses, written articles for the CGA Canada Magazine and
been extensively involved with CGA Ontario and CGA Canada. She was
awarded the FCGA in 1996, an honour for which an individual is
nominated based on their dedication, commitment and support of the
accounting profession and the community in which they live. Laurie achieved
her designation as a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (T.E.P.) in 2003.

| Bernie originally started with the firm in 1982 as an accountant
responsible for personal and corporate tax returns, audits and reviews. In 1987,
he left the firm to start a local photofinishing and retail camera business which,
under his management and direction, enjoyed considerable growth and expansion over the
next five years. In 1993, Bernie returned to Avery Cooper as a senior accountant. He
enjoyed increasing levels of responsibility until he left in 1996 to became a Business
Advisor for the NWT Development Corporation. Bernie left the Development Corporation in
late 1997 to take the position of Controller/Director of a private, local enterprise. In
early 1999, he returned to Avery Cooper and has resumed his responsibities to provide general
auditing, accounting and advisory services to both public and private sector clients.

| Bill first came to the north in 1984 as District Controller
of the NWT Housing Corporation Inuvik District. He left the Housing Corporation
to work with Avery Cooper from 1988 - 1992 when, in addition to managing our Inuvik office,
he was responsible for a variety of audits, reviews, compilations,personal and corporate
income tax, computerization of client accounting systems and the installation and training
of clients of ACCPAC software. In 1992, he left the north to start his own business
importing and selling Asian goods and providing accounting services to a number of
businesses in southern Canada. Bill returned to Avery, Cooper in 1998. He is responsible
for general auditing, accounting and advisory services to both public and private sector
clients as well as providing installation and training on a variety of accounting software.

| Ms. Henderson began her accounting career in 1981 when she was hired as
an Intermediate Financial Accountant for First City Trust Company in
Vancouver. During her five years with First City, Connie was promoted to
positions of increasing responsibility and was a Mortgage Banking
Accounting Officer when she resigned to move north and work with the
Government of the N.W.T. as a Senior Reporting Officer. Connie worked for
the Government of the N.W.T. for ten years. In her last position as Manager,
Corporate Reporting and Control, Connie was responsible for coordination of
the annual attest audit and accountable for the timely preparation of the
Public Accounts and the scheduled performance of compliance audits in all
finance departments and regions of the GNWT. As well, she was
instrumental in the development of the GNWT's computerized year-end
process. Connie joined Avery Cooper in 1997 as a staff accountant. She
provides our clients with general advisory services and assistance,
accounting, bookkeeping, budgeting, financial statement preparation,
compilations, reviews, long term planning and taxation for businesses and
individuals.

| Heather began her accounting career in 1985 when she became the
bookkeeper of a Yellowknife law firm. From 1986 to 1989, Heather was
instrumental in the installation, operation and maintenance of Manac, a
computerized legal accounting system. In 1989, she assumed the
responsibilities of Office Manager for the law firm where her management
responsibilities included maintenance of the firm's Novell Network, human
resource management and the development and administration of policies
and procedures. Heather joined Avery Cooper in 1996 as a staff accountant
and attained her designation as a Certified General Accountant in 2001.
She is responsible for audit and review engagements and provides bookkeeping and
accounting advice and services to a number of organizations.

| Prior to joining the firm in October of 2002, Ms. Wahlroth was employed
in the mining industry for five years. As an accountant (Intermediate and Management) with
Miramar Con Mine in Yellowknife from 1997 to 1999, she acquired substantial experience in cost
accounting for a mining operation including monthly production cost analysis, budget variance
analysis and budget preparation. Jennifer left Miramar to assume responsibility for the
entire accounting operation of Discovery Mining Services, also in Yellowknife. Prior to her
experience with the mining industry, Jennifer worked in varying capacities in the accounting
departments of a number of profit-oriented organizations including airlines and cable TV
operations. As a result, she has considerable direct experience with the basic day to day
bookkeeping and accounting requirements of most organizations including accounts receivable,
accounts payable, payroll, bank reconciliations, month and year end journal entries and
government reporting requirements.

| Ms. Thorne joined the firm in August of 2004. After graduating from Dalhousie University's
Bachelor of Commerce Co-op program in 1999, Christine was employed as a Property Accountant for a private company in
Dartmouth. She left them to pursue a career opportunity with J.D. Irving in Saint John, New Brunswick, in late 1999.
As a Sawmill Accountant/Supervisor, Christine prepared financial statements as well as interim and year end audit and
tax packages and annual budgets. She also performed variance, scenario and cost analysis and various reconcilations.
Christine moved to Yellowknife in 2002 and assumed the position of Finance & Lottery Manager for Sport North Federation.
Christine provides our clients with general auditing, accounting and advisory services with specific expertise in cost
accounting, variance analysis and the analysis and design of accounting systems.

| Erik joined the firm in April 2003. While studying for his CGA designation
in Ontario, Erik acquired a wide variety of accounting experience working for organizations across
a range of industries. His direct experience includes cost accounting and variance analysis,
conversions from anual or customized accounting systems to industry-standard and/or commercial
accounting software, supervision of inventory counts, design and documentation of internal controls
and responsibility for all aspects of an accounting department (i.e., G/L, A/R, A/P, payroll, job
costing, account analysis, bank reconciliations, foreign currency transactions, cash flow analysis,
forecasting, budgeting and preparing for audits). At his most recent Comptrollership position in
Ontario, he assisted with the preparatory work for its public listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange
including public filings, due diligence, reorganizations and related acquisitions. He has
supervised accounting staff and has also been responsible for network system administration.

| As the firm's Office Administrator from 2001 to 2006, Ms. Crockett was the firm's
supervisor of support staff, human resources manager, customer services manager, quality assurance manager,
privacy officer and internal accountant. She managed all functions of the firm's internal accounting including
professional time and billing software, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger postings, bank reconciliations
and management reporting. In 2006, she became a member of our accounting team and, in addition to continuing responsibility
for some of the firm's internal accounting functions, she is now also a team member for compilations, reveiws and audits.

| After five years as Food and Beverage Manager at the Lakeview Hotel in
Saskatchewan, Kevin first came to the Northwest Territories in 1992 to manage the
MacKenzie Lounge at the Yellowknife Inn. In the mid-1990s, he was General Manager of two
new restaurant/pubs in Yellowknife where he was responsible for all activities associated
with opening a new eating/drinking establishment including construction, menu development,
recruitment and training, accounting and profitability analysis. Kevin joined Avery Cooper
in late 2000. Prior to that, he was wholly responsible for management and accounting of a
motel operation in rural Alberta and also performed all accounting and financial functions for
a second hotel operation. Kevin is a team member for a number of compilation and review
engagements and provides accounting services and general advisory services and assistance in
the areas of bookkeeping, payroll and financial statement preparation.

| A long term northerner, Abe has worked with the firm, intermittently, since
1981 when he joined the Yellowknife office as a staff accountant. In 1986, he
moved to Inuvik to manage the firm's branch office and provide accounting,
auditing and management services. Abe returned to Yellowknife in 1989 as a
senior accountant where he assumed responsibility for a variety of
accounting, auditing and taxation assignments. In 1991, Abe left the firm to
act as Controller for a group of six associated companies in Yellowknife,
Norman Wells and Grande Prairie. He returned to us in 1993 and assumed
manager responsibilities until his departure in 1996 to act as Controller for a
group of fourteen associated companies in the Northwest Territories. Abe
rejoined the firm in December of 1997. In addition to performing systems and
internal control reviews, personal and corporate income tax and audits for a
wide variety of public and private organizations, Abe is a manager with the firm
and supervises staff accountants and the Sage Software Consultants. As a Sage Software Certified Consultant
for Sage Accpac products, Abe provides customization and installation services and one-to-one
hands-on training for our clients.

| Mr. Ladouceur joined the firm in September of 1998 as a staff accountant.
Bernie has been interested in computers and business studies since high
school. He obtained a college education in computer programming and
repair, instrumentation and robotics in 1992 and, after two years working in
the family business at Onaping Lake, Ontario, went on to study financial and
management accounting, taxation and auditing at Cambrian College. He
graduated with distinction in 1997 and returned to the family business for a
year before moving to Yellowknife. Bernie has a comfortable working
knowledge of a variety of software including audit and accounting packages
(Caseware, Sage Accpac, Simply Accounting, QuickBook Pro), spreadsheet
packages (Lotus, Excel, QuatroPro), wordprocessing packages (WordPerfect,
MS-Word) and dBase, a database management program. As a Sage Software Certified Consultant,
Bernie customizes and installs the software and provides one-to-one hands-on training
for our clients.

| Gord Crowe attained his certificate as a Network and Internet Security Specialist
from CDI College in Toronto before joining the firm in February of 2005 as an Accounting Software Consultant.
His prior experience includes five years as an Operations Manager with Canada Network Group where, in addition to managing
project and technicians, he was responsible for troubleshooting network problems, implementing network upgrades, and
maintaining inventories. Gord installs accounting software (primarily Sage Accpac), provides customization and conversion
as required, trains our clients and provides daily trouble-shooting and problem-solving. He has also been a valuable
member of the team responsible for developing custom reference manuals specific to our clients' needs.

| Lorri joined our Administration staff in 1995 and became our IT Manager in 2001. In addition to
her responsibilities maintaining the firm's network, researching technology issues and purchasing hardware/software,
she is also the Administrator for our Accounting Software Sales Division where she assists the Consultants with quotes
and orders.
